Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Terms & Conditions


  1. Our policy lasts from the booking date till the training is on-going. 

  2. While processing the refund, the company has the right to deduct booking fees or pro rata fees for the number of training sessions utilized (whichever is more). Booking fee amounts to 50% of the total fee.

  3. We are not responsible for any refunds in case the learner is unable to learn despite of our team’s best efforts


Refund & Cancellation Scenarios


  1. You are eligible for a full-refund / cancellation if your training does not start by the decided date and time

  2. You are eligible for a full-refund / cancellation in case of your trainer not showing up for training and an alternative trainer not allotted to you within 48 hours

  3. You are eligible for a partial refund if your trainer is on leave for more than 2 days without prior intimation and permission from you and an alternative trainer is not allotted to you within 48 hours

  4. You are eligible to cancel your training and claim refund in case the trainer doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled/pre-decided time slot without informing you
